By engaging with Vgtv Productions LLC for video production services, you agree to these terms. Specific deliverables are defined in your Scope of Work (SOW).
Services are billed according to the agreed proposal and production schedule. Deposits, milestone payments, and final balances are outlined in your project agreement with Vgtv Productions LLC.
The client must provide required assets, approvals, and project feedback in a timely manner. Delays in approvals may impact filming, editing timelines, and final delivery dates.
Upon full payment, final approved deliverables become client property unless otherwise stated. Vgtv Productions LLC retains ownership of proprietary workflows, templates, and pre-existing materials.
Standard cancellation requires 30 days written notice to ensure proper offboarding and transfer of assets.
